Dr. Giuliano Lo Bianco is a renowned medical specialist in Anesthesia and Pain Therapy, ozone therapy, and percutaneous radio/echo-guided interventions. With a career marked by deep dedication to research and advanced practice in the field of pain therapy, he has collaborated with leading experts in Italy and internationally.
Since 2020, Dr. Lo Bianco has played a prominent role at Fondazione G. Giglio di Cefalù, providing clinical and research services in pain management and neuromodulation. In the same institution, he has served as the Head of the Operational Unit for Analgesia and Percutaneous Surgery.
His expertise in the field has been shared through teaching at prestigious academic institutions. Dr. Lo Bianco has been a lecturer at the University of Palermo for the Second-Level Master’s in Pain Therapy and at the University of Pavia for the University Master’s in Pain Therapy. He earned a Ph.D. in Neuroscience, focusing on advanced research in Pain Therapy, from the University of Catania.

His leadership in the field is further highlighted by his role as Director and Organizer of the Mediterranean Pain Forum. Additionally, he has served as a lecturer for the Advanced Algology Foundation ISAL’s Course of Perfection in Algological Sciences and successfully completed the Biennial Master’s in Pain Medicine at Advanced Algology in 2017.
